    • Initial consultation (phone)

    • One 55-minute one-on-one movement session

    • Specific focus on core function, pelvic health and current movement needs.

    • Includes exercise guidelines and modifications.

  • 5 PACK ONE-ON-ONE

    $525 +hst

    This package is for the dedicated Pilates lover! Each session is thoughtfully curated to meet your specific needs.

    • Initial consultation (phone)

    • Five 55-minute one-on-one movement sessions

    • Specific focus on core function, pelvic health and current movement needs

    • Includes exercise guidelines and modifications

    • Weekly use recommended

  • 10 PACK ONE-ON-ONE

    $1050 +hst

    This package is for the passionate Pilates Enthusiast! Each session is thoughtfully curated to meet your specific needs.

    • Initial consultation (phone)

    • Ten 55-minute one-on-one movement sessions.

    • Specific focus on core function, pelvic health and current movement needs.

    • Includes exercise guidelines and modifications.

    • Reserved weekly time(s)
