Semi - Circle, breaking it down
Semi - Circle is a little tricky to get into and is hard for clients to know where they are in space. I find this method of entry to work quite well. To help clients understand their alignment throughout the wide range of movement, break the exercises down into very small pieces. Take the time to teach them about the hip to rib relationship by practicing just the leg extension in both the high bridge and low extension before putting the two together.
