Teaching Tip of the Week: Short Spine Massage Progression
Short Spine Massage Progression
Short Spine Massage is a complex exercise which is tricky both for clients to do and for instructors to teach! Today we're breaking it down into much smaller movement sequences which should make it easier for everyone. Start small and simple, keeping the instructions direct. Add more movement once the client seems to have mastered that step. As a bonus, we've included two different variations of the full Short Spine Massage. Thank you to our Reformer student Kat for allowing us to film and post this video!
