Feet in Straps Modification for Tight Hamstrings
Many clients complain of tight hamstrings! We can lengthen the straps for these clients, but the range of motion is often unsatisfying. Try elevating their hips a little bit- we’re using a FitDisc in this video. Issuing regular length straps do a single leg variation on the Feet in Straps work rather than double legs. The focus becomes far less about the limitations of the hamstrings and more about the leg & core work. For the bonus challenge have your clients lift their arms off the carriage!
