Preparations for Mid-back/ Supine Arm Series
This little set helps clients find where they should “feeling” the work of arms in straps (shoulder hurdle and core!) Have the clients put pressure into the straps as if they were going to move the straps. Let them know they want to feel this in the underside of their arms/ arm pits, lats and the inner core. As they lift the legs they should feel all the work transfer there! You can do any of the stability preparations or leg choreography from the abdominal series here to further challenge your clients!
